1.Heat the oil in a wok over high heat until hot.
Add the peppers and celery and stir-fry until
soft.
2.Add the salt and rice and stir for about 1
minute. Turn the heat down to medium, add
the pork and stir well.
3.Stir-fry the pork until the fat from the pork is
rendered. Season with MSG and transfer to a
serving dish.
Ingredients
Monosodium glutamate, Chinese celery and
preserved salted meat can be purchase in
Chinese/Oriental speciality shops.
If Chinese celery is unavailable, use ordinary
celery.
If preserved salted meat is unavailable, use
streaky bacon.
