Creativity, Action, Service (CAS) is a mandatory core component at the heart of the IB Diploma Program. For those who are unaware, the International Baccalaureate is an academically challenging and balanced programme of education. CAS involves students in experiential learning through a range of artistic, sporting, and physical activities. It aims to provide a ‘counterbalance’ to the academic rigour of the educational programme. We have been involved in a range of different activities such as collecting vegetables and fruit each week, running cake stalls at school events and organizing activities.
