Chapter 4 Learning Beyond the Classroom
Forming Faithful Leaders and Communities Developing faith-filled leaders remained a core focus in 2025. The Lead Like Jesus Workshop equipped Catholic student leaders with the principles of servant leadership, grounded in the example of Christ. Through exploring the four domains of heart, head, hands and habits, students learned that true leadership begins with compassion, integrity and service to others.
Throughout the year, the Catholic community also came together in thanksgiving and prayer during key liturgical celebrations, including the Inaugural Assembly Mass, Feast of St. Joseph, Maundy Thursday and the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. These moments of worship united students and staff in shared faith and gratitude.

Faith formation extended across all levels through retreats designed to help Josephians pause and reconnect with God. From reflective day retreats for Years 1 and 2 to the three-day experiences for Years 3 and 4 and the Parmenie Experience for Years 5 and 6, each encounter offered time for renewal and spiritual growth.
Year 6 Retreat
As the Catholic programmes continue to inspire, Josephians are reminded to Ora et Labora— to pray and work faithfully, living out the enduring call to faith, service and community.
