Performing at Founder’ s Day
SJI Vocal Ensemble
At the Singapore Youth Festival, the SJI Vocal Ensemble achieved the Distinction Award with a performance that once again won the judges’ hearts through the vibrant, rhythmic dynamism of Ramkali and the solemn grace of Beati Mortui.
Along the way, the Ensemble became a garden in bloom, filling the school with lively music through performances at Arts Alive, Open House, Inaugural Assembly and Thanksgiving – each occasion a fresh blossom, bringing brilliant colours, delight and joy to the SJI community.
Beyond our own grounds, Vocal Ensemble also built bridges across waters, joining voices with students from Shanghai as well as our friends at both Raffles Institution and Singapore Chinese Girls’ School, paving the way for new collaborations in the future. All in all, these summits, blossoms and bridges mark a journey of growth, unity and song.
