At the National Inter-School Canoe Championships, the boys displayed grit and unity, placing 2nd in the B Division, 3rd in the C Division and 5th in the A Division, narrowly missing a podium finish. Their strong results reflected teamwork and commitment to growth despite tough competition.
Beyond racing, the team embodied the Josephian spirit of service through VIA Scubilion, volunteering at the 2025 World Aquatics Championships in Singapore. They supported athletes and officials, gaining insight into the organisation of international events and deepening their appreciation for sportsmanship.
On the global stage, SJI’ s National Team canoeists continued to represent Singapore with pride. Notably, Choo Kai( ML513) achieved 3rd place in the U17 Men K2 1000m Finals B at the 2025 Olympic Hopes Regatta in Ra ice, Czech Republic.
The season stands as a testament to their passion, service and brotherhood.
