This diversity created a vibrant learning atmosphere, allowing participants to engage with both professional insights and personal stories.
An added feature was the collaboration with the Staff Welfare Committee which saw several staff hosting wellbeing related sessions and the committee arranging for healthy juices for all to enjoy. These efforts emphasised the importance of self-care alongside professional growth.
Participants appreciated the energy and enthusiasm evident in each session, the deeper bonds forged across staff and the opportunity to explore new perspectives and interests.
Educators’ Talk 2025 was a testament to professional expertise and creativity of SJI staff. The event highlighted the value of learning from one another, strengthening bonds within the community while serving as a timely reminder of our shared mission to continually learn, grow and inspire.
