OP Interdisciplinary Learning Journeys
Mathematics & Science Experiential Learning Journey On the morning of 9 April 2025, Gardens by the Bay was transformed into an arena for intellectual discovery during the Mathematics and Science Experiential Learning Journey. Building on from previous years, the programme was reimagined into a thrilling‘ Amazing Race’ format, challenging students to apply their classroom knowledge in a vibrant, real-world setting.
Teams raced against time, navigating the beautiful landscapes to solve a series of intricate problems that wove together mathematical and scientific principles. This year introduced a new historical dimension, guiding students through the Heritage Gardens to uncover the contributions of pioneering mathematicians and scientists from across the ASEAN region. This element not only enhanced their ASEAN literacy but also illustrated how fundamental concepts are applied within our own regional context.
