International Education Programme( IEP)
In November this year, more than 660 Year 3 and Year 5 Josephians, together with 87 teachers, embarked on 20 overseas learning journeys across Asia and the ASEAN region as part of SJI’ s distinctive International Education Programme.
Our students travelled to Bangkok, Bedulu, Beijing, Chengdu, Chiang Mai, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Ko Samui, Ma Da, Manila, Phnom Penh, Seoul, Shanghai, Suzhou and Wenzhou, where they engaged in meaningful cultural exchanges, service learning and experiential learning opportunities that brought their classroom learning to life.
At SJI, we believe the world is our school. When Josephians step out into the world, they return with authentic experiences that shape who they are- building empathy, resilience, intercultural understanding and a broadened worldview. These are skills essential for thriving in an increasingly connected and complex global society.
