Teamwork and determination was the key to both the “ C ” and “ B ” sqauds . By pushing one another mentally and physically , the rugby players were able to overcome countless odds on and off the field .
The highlight of the journey in 2014 was the “ B ” Division team defeating Raffles Institution despite having the odds stacked against us . By simply never giving up and showing great esprit de corps we managed to secure the win with the biggest score difference in the last 5 years . Final score SJI 12 – 0 RI .
Another feather in our cap , we had a day out with Media Corp artiste Felicia Chin from the changing room to the field filming for the Chinese drama “ Scrum ” which aired in February this year . Like Pharrell Williams , that ’ s why we are “ HAPPY ” in 2014
