What do you get when you combine physical strength , flexibility , agility , coordination , balance and grace ? Gymnastics . The sport consists of two main events : Artistic as well as Trampoline and is now a core CCA in SJI .
Besides being reallocated to training in the Bishan Sports Hall , the team also had to rotate and train in Yishun , Orchid Country Club , early this year . The team had to quickly get used to the unfamiliar environment , but they went against all odds and pushed their limits , training diligently as well as religiously . The coaches gave their invaluable advice and guidance to the team which greatly elevated the Gymnastics standard , ultimately leading them to bring home not just medals , but also glory to SJI .
National Inter-School Gymnastics Championship - Trampoline On the 25 of March , the SJI Gymnastics Trampoline team put up a tough fight against schools such as Hwa Chong Institution and Whitley .
