53rd National Schools Swimming Championships During the annual Milo Inter-School Swimming Championships in April , our SJI swimmers faced fierce competition from established rivals such as Raffles Institution , Singapore Sports School and the ACS family . Nevertheless , they displayed true sportsmanship and fought hard in their individual and team events in the ‘ B ’ Division , emerging 4th in the freestlye relay and 6th in the medley .

Gerald came in 4th and 5th in the 200m backstroke and 100m backstroke individual events , just mere seconds from clinching a place on the podium while Aloysius came in 8th for both his individual events , the 200m and 400m freestyle .

The swimmers will continue to strive for excellence and do SJI proud . Ora et Labora .
