Group has appointed an Organisational
Development Director to oversee a
strategic people and values development
plan.
Natalie Keogh joins John Henry Group as
Interim Organisational Development Director
to oversee a strategic human resources and
people development programme in line with
the company’s ongoing future growth agenda.
John Henry Group has grown 35 per cent
in each of the past two financial years and
Natalie’s considerable senior management
and process development skills obtained
in the utilities arena at companies such as
EON and Haven Power, will ensure the group
continues to grow carefully and responsibly,
continuing to offer development opportunities
to its clients, staff, supply chain and
stakeholders.
“It is an exciting time for John Henry Group,
a very successful company that has grown
quickly within a relatively short period of time,”
said Natalie, who holds an MBA and
is also PRINCE2 qualified.

Commenting on
Natalie Keogh’s appointment, Pat Henry, John
Henry Group CEO, said that she joins during
an exciting period of growth for the business.

process change, particularly in the utilities
environment at EON and Haven Power.
