Meeting with Hayssam Gheith, the International
Coordinator of Sonderskøv Skolen.
He tells us about the EDUCATIONAL PLAN FOR
TEACHERS 2014-2018 (SDU - South Denmark
University and the Municipality)
The plan includes 8-week training for 150 teachers
from 21 schools to become consultants in different
fields (f.e. languages).
Mr. Gheith highlights the “Solution-Focussed
Therapy”.
Hayssam supervises teachers individually and also
teams of teachers.
School libraries are called Pedagogical Learning
Centres and they do not only lend books but also
help teachers to plan their lessons.
