What to expect during your interview
Your interview panel will consist of one, two or three panel members.
The chair of the interview would probably be the head of the department or team
leader for the department you are applying for.
The second person may also be the supervisor of that same team, or be another
team leader from another department within the company.
The third person is usually someone independent and not working in these
departments. It is usually a member of management from Human Recourses who
has responsibility to ensure that interview process is fair to all candidates attending.
You will be given a welcome introduction by the chair who will introduce
themselves and their panel members, including the departments they belong to.
House Keeping, including Health and Safety fire evacuation procedure in case there
is a fire alarm during your interview and to let you know how to safely to evacuate
the building.
