Promote yourself well
Don’t be afraid to do this – now is your perfect opportunity!
Many candidates don’t like to ‘boast’ about their achievements as they worry
about appearing arrogant to the interview panel.
However, it is essential that you do promote yourself during your interview.
Remember, the panel may not have met you before and therefore do not know
your capabilities.
You need to tell the interview panel what you have achieved and can assure
them that you are capable of doing the job!
Ask questions
Have some questions prepared in advance that you want to ask your panel.
Don’t bombard them with lots of questions, just two or three will suffice.
These questions should relate to the role, the company and the opportunities
for personal development. If you haven’t got any questions, that’s ok too!
It’s not a pass or fail if you don’t have any questions to ask.
