Elias Lindenberg is an Executive Vice President on JLL’s International Desk
and in 2018, relocated to the Silicon Valley to co-lead the West Region of
the US.
He has fifteen years of experience in the international commercial real estate
industry in both Tenant Representation and Corporate Solutions. He spends
the majority of his time acting as a conduit between the US brokerage
business and their colleagues around the globe. By leveraging the team’s
depth and breadth of expatriate experience, the iDesk provides global
oversight by implementing a host of best practices on international projects.
They are considered to be a key resource for identifying, structuring and
executing multi-regional, real estate occupier portfolio transactions upon the
Jones Lang LaSalle platform.
Experience
Prior to moving to California, Elias worked for six years on the International
Desk in New York City, Houston and Washington, DC. He has expertise in
“parachuting” into new markets, standing up agile teams and creating strong
culture and clear processes. He also spent five years working in the Latin
American corporate offices located in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Santiago,
Chile. He was the Chile Office Lead, responsible for operational oversight
and value-add projects across the region.
Elias’ extensive experience includes transactional work as well as business
development and management responsibilities in both Latin America and
the United States. He played a key role in employee training initiatives, multi-
market research, bilingual client deliverables, office budgeting and revenue
forecasting. During his tenure in Latin America, he was also the regional
transaction manager for Cisco Systems, Procter & Gamble as well
as Philips.
Education and Affiliations
Elias graduated cum laude from Georgetown University, double-majoring
in Finance and International Business and minoring in Spanish. He is also
fluent in English and Spanish.
