Hudson Smythe is a Senior Vice President for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL)
where he helps San Francisco occupiers develop and execute real estate
strategies that drive business objectives, ensure flexibility, and attract /
retain top talent.
Experience
Hudson has represented office lease transactions totaling over 3 million
square feet in downtown San Francisco and across the country. His clients
range from Fortune 500 companies to high-growth startups.
At JLL, Hudson leads broker training and mentorship initiatives in its
Northwest region and is a champion of new technology adoption in
the San Francisco office. Hudson is a graduate of JLL’s mentor protégé
program.

Hudson attended Dartmouth College where he played four years of
football as a running back. He attended Sacred Heart Preparatory in
Atherton, California where he currently serves on its Alumni Board and
was recently inducted into its Athletic Hall of Fame.
