People debating whether video games have gotten better or worse is a hot topic . Most people believe video games have gotten worse ; however , I think video games have gotten way better ! Video games have gotten way better because of technology improvements , and increase of quality .
My first claim on why video games have gotten better is the technology improvement . Because looking back at Mario back in the 80 ’ s , you would see a 2d plat-former game . Yes , it may have been a HUGE classic , although , look what we have now ! We have got so much more with new Mario games such as Mario oddesy and New Super Mario Bros U , and they are all in 3d ! The technology improvement to gaming has even brought us into the game , by bringing us virtual reality . And , all I got to say , It is AWESOME ! I have used my oculus a lot ; and , it is incredible . I only have a few games sadly , but the games are awesome . Blades & sorcery is a medieval fighting type game where you fight enemies with swords and magic . An incredibly good game for people who want to see nothing but carnage .
I have also played Bonelab , a game sort of like blade and sorcery , with a medieval type theme in the start , but than moves into a simulation type game . There is tons of weapons . Even guns . And , a cool thing about it is modding . The game puts in a WHOLE section for people to mod the game . So that is cool . Bonelab is a great game for people who want to have fun messing around with fighting , physics , and more .
Another game I have played is vrchat . It ’ s a game where you choose through many avatars , then just have fun messing around with friends and random people in communitycreated games . I really like the game as it is really fun to mess around . People find many different ways to be creative and that ’ s awesome . So if you like to socialize and have fun , vrchat is the game for you .
And the final game I have been playing is a game called gorilla tag . It ’ s a game where you play as a gorilla avoiding other gorilla taggers . Hence why it is called gorilla tag . Instead of using legs , you use your arms to move instead . And you can do tons of parkour stuff , and , of course , have fun with friends . So if you wanna jump around and socialize , than play gorilla tag .
