iPad Insurance , User Agreements , Registering Your iPad and Getting Started … Upon receiving of your child ’ s iPad ( 7 ^th generation ), we ask that you elect to insure the device or decline the policy . The user agreement and insurance form are accessible HERE . If you are electing to utilize the EPS provided insurance policy , we kindly request that you send a check or money order made out to the Enfield Public Schools . Please take some to review the user agreement with your child . It is important that they understand this is a school issued device and not a personal device . Furthermore , it is important that they keep their Apple ID as their EPS issued email address . Each device has been inventoried by our district technology department for accountability purposes . Furthermore , the district utilizes network software to remotely manage all devices issued by EPS ( details are located within the EPS iPad Handbook ). We will guide students through the registration process on our first days of school . If you require any additional support , please visit the iPad support page .

Grade 6 iPads All grade 6 students will receive their device during their first days of school . We will distribute iPad waivers and insurance forms ; once these are completed and returned , we will distribute your child ’ s iPad . If you are taking advantage of our insurance policy , please send a check or money order made out to the Enfield Public Schools ( iPad forms ).

Walkers Students who walk to school must follow the green pattern outlined below . Please stay on the sidewalk and proceed to the back of the building . If students are crossing Raffia Rd ., they are to do so at the crosswalk directly out front of the building . Students operating a bicycle / skateboard on school grounds are asked to wear a helmet . This will be the same procedure for dismissal .

Parent / Guardian Drop Off and Pick Up We ask that you use extreme caution when on school grounds and remain alert at all times . All morning and afternoon traffic must enter the property at our north entrance . Please continue straight until you reach our traffic divider . At this point , cars merge right and buses continue straight . After merging right , please proceed to our unloading area . Once in the unloading area , please pull close to the curb and remind your child to use caution when exiting the vehicle .

At our afternoon pickup , you are welcome depart the vehicle line after collecting your child ; however , please do this slowly and with extreme caution . We value and respect your time , but safety remains our priority . We ask that you do not cut across the parking lot to skip the line or use the south side of the school . In the morning , students will not be supervised prior to 7:30 am . We will slightly stagger our dismissal at the end of the school day . We will return to buses being dismissed prior to parent / guardian pick up dismissals . Once this routine is established , it will run smoothly and prove beneficial . We appreciate your patience with this process .
