Emergency Contact Information
Students may only be released to individuals listed on their approved emergency contact listed in PowerSchool. Staff will verify identification before releasing any student, without exception. This ensures the safety and accountability of all students.
Please maintain and update all emergency contact information throughout the school year in PowerSchool. When having someone other than the parent / guardian pickup you child, please make sure that the note you send in with your child or the email you send the following information is included: Name of the student, time of pickup, name of the individual picking up.
There are times where there is court paperwork that has specific information regarding who can and cannot pick up a student. Please make sure we have the most up-to-date information. If there is new court paperwork, but we do not have the most up-to-date paperwork, we will have to default to what we have on file. We cannot take the word of someone telling us the information, rather we need to have the physical documentation.

If we receive a report about inappropriate content or activity, it is usually occurring off school grounds during non-school hours; however, the schools are expected to regulate these items when spoken about students during the day or brought into the school building. We do everything in our power to investigate, report, and mitigate these issues. If warranted, we delve into full bullying investigations when substantiated information is actually available. We cannot protect your child without your help in this realm. We ask that you take an active role in their digital behavior and etiquette on their devices. Your
