applied voltage of 0 – 5 V can reach 8.821 %, 7.174 % and 11.540 % at the temperature of 20 ° C, 40 ° Cand80 ° C, respectively. By comparison with the FTO / V 2 O 5 / FTO device, the transmittance curves at the same conditions above are improved. All of the optical and electrical properties in this investigation have been cycled for several times, and the nanocomposite film shows excellent working stability.
