To hold the annual JEMUN Conference, a dedicated planning team is necessary. This year's JEMUN conference was a success due to their hard effort, which began more than six months prior to the conference dates. Their planning meetings were held every Friday and their team consisted of three groups- conference services, conference logistics and external relations.
Each volunteer group had a busy schedule, so they could not practice together before the opening ceremony. However, all members of the JEMUN conference planning team worked hard together and as a result, the conference was a great success.
Within each of the three groups, they were divided into smaller teams. For the conference services group, there were teams for making buttons and t-shirts, checking name tags, and other duties. There are many original items available at JEMUN due to their creative ideas.
