The meetings associated with Pennsylvania ’ s Dental Meeting will be held at the Normandy Farm Hotel and Conference Center at 1401 Morris Road in Blue Bell , PA .
Reservation Deadline March 26 , 2023 — A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $ 172 single / double ( Saturday ’ s rate is $ 184 ) plus 10 % applicable taxes per night and a $ 10 resort fee .
1 . Go to NormandyFarm . com 2 . Click “ Book Your Stay ” brown bar ( opens a new tab ) 3 . Under Guests & Rooms , go to “ Add Code ” and click the drop down menu
4 . Important ! click to change from “ Discount Code ” to “ Group Attendee ”, enter code PDA428 Click “ Add ” to move forward , roll to bottom of screen
5 . Click “ Select & Go To Next Step ” 6 . Guests will then tap the Check In date and tap the Check Out Date 7 . Click “ Confirm Dates of Stay ” at the bottom if desired dates are correct 8 . Choose one of the available room types ; will display info of your selection 9 . Click “ Add Room & Check Out ”, then proceed to enter profile / card details 10 . Enter all * necessary * fields and click “ Complete Reservation ”
The block of rooms will be held until March 26 , 2023 , or until rooms are exhausted . After March 26 or once rooms are exhausted , whichever shall occur first , rooms will be assigned on a space available basis at the current room rate .
PDA ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING
PDA ’ s annual business meeting will be held Saturday , April 29 beginning at 8:30 a . m . All PDA members in good standing are encouraged to attend to hear from our lobbyist , reports from PDA leadership and information from the ADA . Members also will have the opportunity to voice their opinion on issues affecting dentistry during the open forum . There is no fee to attend the business meeting .
