Navigating Transactional Issues in the Dental Profession Now more than ever , burnout and anxiety at work run high and mental health is at the forefront of our awareness – but what can you do to manage stress at work and cultivate your mental health ? In this talk , you ’ ll discover that stress relief and work recovery practices do not need to be time-consuming or complicated , they just need to be effective . Through stories , examples , and simple frameworks based on neuroscience and management , you ’ ll learn actionable strategies for better mental health at work .
Participants can expect to :
• Learn to identify signs of burnout and diminishing mental health in yourself .
• Understand how stress accumulates in the body and a learn 3 rules for effective stress .
• Learn to recover from work and detach from vwork so you can save more of your time , mental energy , and personal resources for your own wellbeing !
About the Speaker
Nina Nesdoly Nina is a work stress and burnout prevention speaker , consultant , and researcher . She is advocate for cultivating life outside of work and believes that you can be a high achieving professional without burning out . Nina brings years of niche expertise and experience to her talks , drawing on her interdisciplinary background in Organizational Behaviour ( MSc Management ) and Neuroscience ( BSc ) to consider work-related stress from both management and physiological perspectives . She is currently pursuing a PhD in Management . To cultivate her own work-life balance , Nina reads fantasy novels , bikes , skates , and takes Latin dance classes .
