Last year, AAMD launched the redesigned ProApartments. com Career Center, which streamlined the capabilities of posting new positions, browsing resumes and tracking applicants. An extensive campaign featuring interviews with industry experts has blanked Facebook, Instagram and TikTok all year, attracting 765 new job seekers to fill out a profile or post a resume. 271 jobs were posted by over 50 management companies, resulting in 924 views and 291 applications.
In 2026, we plan on continuing our push on social media for new talent, and venture into streaming, pre-roll and retargeting to expand our search and continue to drive new talent to the industry.
