AAMD is proud to announce the theme of this year ' s Education Conference and Trade Show .
AAMD 2024 : Rising to Gold
The theme will revolve around rising above challenges to achieve greatness - Higher , Faster and Stronger !
Trade Show booths will be themed as sporting events you might see this Summer in Paris , and our Keynote Speaker is a six-time Olympic gold medal champion ( stay tuned for the Feburary issue for an announcement and full feature ).
AAMD ' s Signature Event is Presented by Wyatts Towing and ParkM and will take place on Tuesday , May 14 , 2024 at the Colorado Convention Center .

Teo Nicolais Named CPM of the Year by IREM
Teo Nicolais was recently named the 2023 Certified Property Manager ( CPM ) of the Year by the Institute of Real Estate Management ( IREM ) Greater Denver for his work on Academic Engagement .
Teo represented the property management industry at events at the University of Denver , served as a mentor at the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management , and coordinated student outreach at the University of Colorado , Colorado State University , and Metro State University .
“ By engaging students in the dynamic field of property management , we are not just preparing them for careers but inspiring them to become stewards of our built environment ,” said Teo . “ We have an opportunity to empower today ’ s students to revolutionize our approach to sustainability and inclusivity and to create spaces where individuals thrive , communities flourish , and human potential is unleashed ."
