This fall , a group of AAMD representatives attended the Colorado School Counselors Association conference as part of our ongoing Career Initiative program . Teroy Roberts of Palomino Park Resorts was a fantastic ambassador for the multifamily industry , as his story provided counselors with a great and relatable example of the career paths available for recent high school graduates .
He has already inspired many individuals starting out on their journey in our industry , and we look forward to seeing many others follow in his footsteps with the breadcrumbs
