Join us for the first IROC forum of 2023 !
The Private Client Team from CBRE will provide a recap of the 2022 Metro Denver multifamily market trends and present a forecast / prediction of what to expect for the rental housing industry in 2023 . The team will focus on economics , apartment fundamentals , sales , and the construction pipeline . This will be a very informative meeting you will not want to miss !

Remember the good ' ol days of dealing with bed bugs , service animals and mold issues ? Now owner managers are facing possible rent control , mandatory lease renewals , and limitations on security deposits . Labor and supply shortages along with rising interest rates remain in the mix as well . The headwinds of 2023 bring challenges that may effect the way multi-family units will be rented , how multifamily businesses will be run , and how multi-family properties will be bought and sold . Proposed legislation at the Colorado State Capitol will require more attention than ever . Participation from owners to work with legislators to mitigate some of the effects of legislation is more important than ever . Whew , that ’ s a full plate .

Starting the year off in January , the CBRE brokers will cover the latest information on the state of the market for the smaller multi-family owner .
