FALVEY INSURANCE GROUP ( FIG ) BELIEVES IN THE POWER OF GIVING BACK . Our employees dedicate volunteer hours and provide goods to local causes throughout each year , and many donations are matched by leadership .
Falvey strives to “ Give a FIG ” by supporting local charities related to the environment , children , animals and those generally in need . The Group has recently established regular donations and volunteer efforts with Save the Bay , East Greenwich Animal Protection League , the RI Dream Center , Blessings in a Backpack , the Salvation Army and a number of local charities supporting the fight against social injustices .
Frontline Foods RI was a new non-profit Falvey launched as a result of the pandemic . The mission of Frontline Foods is to support local restaurants that have been impacted by shelter-in-place measures , while feeding healthcare workers on the frontlines . Frontline Foods RI put $ 58,000 + back into local restaurants , who funded meals for more than 3,800 frontline workers in the state of Rhode Island .

By the Numbers

In 2020 , Falvey Insurance Group :
• Launched the RI Chapter of Frontline Foods and raised over $ 58,000 + which went back into local restaurants and fed over 3,800 frontline heroes
• Donated ~ 500 meals to children who go without meals over the weekend through Blessings in a Backpack
• Volunteered 24 employees and 72 hours at the East Greenwich Animal Protection League
• Helped fill 300-400 backpacks with winter essential items for RI homeless community
