Stroller Bootcamp Join Lani Randle for this 45-minute outdoor fitness class for all the moms and dads who want to star t , stay or come back to their fitness routines . Workouts are similar to Boot Camp , with the exception of having your baby and toddler ’ s safely alongside . Workouts will include cardio drills , strength training exercises and stretching with nominal equipment . Commit to the series , or drop-in !
