H ow to Keep Yourself M otivated After a D isappointing Grade

A speed bump is used to make sure cars are not going too fast . A wall can force a car to end its journey . Unfortunately , many students see disappointing grades as walls preventing them from continuing along their academic interstate . However , there are some ways to stay motivated and use them to help you .

Disappointment can be an amazing teacher . Reviewing feedback and applying lessons learned helps you grow more than doing really well in the first place . If you need help with

Oftentimes , receiving a disappointing grade can feel overwhelming at first . So , if you need it , step away and take a break . Go for a walk , enjoy a beverage , or go play with your pet . Once you are calm , you can deal with the grade more efficiently .
