Shah said "We were
selected and rolled out by
the SCA (J&K Bank) four
years ago as front end delivery points for the National EGovernance Scheme. All
the VLEs taken into the project are highly and suitably
qualified including Post
Graduates, MBAs, MCAs
and Graduates.
They were promised by
the government through
J&K Bank (SCA) that government services like electricity bill collection service
will be made available at our
branded centres under
NeGP Scheme which VLEs
can render to the citizens
especially in the rural areas
thus
creating
an
efficient/transparent
and
good governance environment in the state of J&K."
