it is important to understand the importance of

Generally speaking, this paper highlights how
influential these organisations can be in providing
justice to those that have been a victim of such
heinous crimes. For this matter it is important that
such powerful organisations cannot be exploited
to benefit certain nations rather than provide
justice for all. The criticisms included in this paper
intend to shed light on the operation of these
international organisation, and more importantly how
cultural values can influence the delivery of justice.
This therefore means despite being established
organisations they can also partake in the delivery
of unequal justice which is largely unknown to the
