Comparison results of different stroke scores and CT scans of the brain

Comparison results of different stroke scores and CT scans of the brain

Our comparative findings of stroke scores and CT scans of patients were indifferent across ages , stroke subtypes , and validation methods . Out of 64 patients who were identified by Siriraj stroke score value as haemorrhagic stroke types , 46 patients were diagnosed with a haemorrhagic stroke , 17 patients were ischemic stroke , and 1 was diagnosed as normal by CT scan of the brain . Out of 49 ischemic patients who were identified by Guy ' s stroke score , 35 patients were diagnosed as ischemic , 12 patients were haemorrhagic , and 2 were diagnosed as normal by CT scan of the brain . From the total of 78 equivocal results by Greek stroke score 38 and 40 patients were diagnosed with haemorrhagic and ischemic stroke types by CT scan of the brain respectively . Out of 108 patients who were identified by Besson stroke score value as haemorrhagic stroke types , 62 patients were diagnosed with haemorrhagic stroke and 44 patients were ischemic stroke , while 2 were identified as normal by CT scan of the brain . Of the total of 32 ischemic patients who were identified by Besson stroke score , 24 patients were diagnosed as ischemic , and 8 patients were haemorrhagic by CT scan of the brain ( Table 1 ).
