watchmaker Eric Giroud, Shane Tulloch’s
namesake timepiece presents a superb level
of horological finesse in both design and
engineering in a regulator-type display where
less is definitely more. Dual barrels power the
timekeeping for up to 96 hours in a bespoke
movement that is absolutely exquisitely
decorated and highlights some of the finest
finissage you will find on any watch movement
from any brand, period. Gear wheels crafted
in 18-karat gold are sandwiched between
German Silver (maillechort) bridges and join
black polished steel components in an exquisite
display of what the real meaning of “haute” is in
haute horology.
This first iteration of the Tulloch Regulator is
limited to 50 pieces in rose gold and 50 in white
gold and retail for $37,000 at www.tulloch.com
