GRAH AM
If you see a watch with a trigger on the left side you can pretty
much assume you’re looking at a Graham Chronofighter. This
integrated chronograph trigger has become a symbol of the
brand and is found in one form or another on all of Graham’s
Chronofighter series. Mounted at 9:00 on the left side of the
watch keeps the protruding device from impinging on the wrist
(when worn on the left arm) and allows easy actuation of the
chrono with the thumb of the opposite hand.
HE RM È S
Famous for their fashion-forward textiles in cloth & leather, Hermès has
dedicated a substantial amount of resources to cultivating both popular
watch designs as well as exotic unique pieces earmarked for high society
collectors. Pictured here the Carre’ H includes an unusual font for the
numerals over a textured dial segregated into quadrants with just a
splash of color via the seconds hand. Adding value and longevity to the
watch, the Hermès Carre’ H is powered by their own in-house automatic
winding mechanical movement caliber H1912 built in partnership with the
venerable Vaucher manufacture.
