EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
From more than 250 applicants , a 25-member cohort was selected for this inaugural program . In October , Alpha Kappa Alpha convened an intensive incubator experience over three days with top subject matter experts across industries who served as faculty for the inaugural Executive Leadership Academy .
The Executive Fellows are poised to ascend the next rung on the corporate ladder and seek out corporate board appointments while advancing Alpha Kappa Alpha ’ s mission to serve all mankind . The next Executive Leadership Academy will be convened in the spring 2022 .
