The Church’s most revered institution of our
society, considered to be the scared and holy
place were man can go to receive direction,
peace, and answers to life situations.
In 2016, the Church is facing a multi facet of
challenges from reality TV, Being comfortable
with single mothers in our churches, reversing
the roles of Leadership to be politically correct,
we living more in the times of Romans 1 and
here are the verses that challenge the Church
right now; Romans 1:18 - For the wrath of
God is revealed from heaven against all
ungodliness and unrighteous men who
hold the truth in unrighteousness.
1:21 - Because that, when they knew
God they glorified him not as God neither, were thankful; but became vain in
their imaginations and their foolish
heart was darkened.
The times we are living in requires the body of
Christ to come together and take stand against
sin and double minded living, sure you may
say this is nothing new well, we beg to differ,
when I was a child no one walked up in a
Church and killed 9 people at Bible study because, the Saints were prayed up and could
discern, the spirit. But, as we have moved from
the 20th century to the 21st Century the
Church has embraced a variety of vernaculars
to draw crowds, and feeling we can win more
souls by embracing rap music and calling it
Gospel Rap, and now we have embraced reality shows where preachers want to resemble
the show Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous and
say why can’t we do it if the world does it, well
the scriptures specifically says “Love not the
world neither the things in the world.”

You say well, what do you want the Church to do?
Take a Stand quit compromising the Bible to appeal, to public opinion, and the sooner we realize
that people have a choice and stop blaming the
Church for their mistakes, the scriptures state “I
would rather you be hot or cold but, since you are
Luke warm I spew you out of my mouth” and that
is what has happen to the church because, we no
longer want to be a peculiar people but we want to
be in fellowship with the world.
Yes, we should be open to new ideas, and visions
that promote righteousness, not carnal thinking
and reasoning with sin, just like we didn’t speak
out against the President of the United States, who
claims to be a Christian but yet he congratulated,
same sex message, we have to be like the Apostle
Paul and go against all sin.
It’s the Church’s job to let the society know that we
don’t agree with sin, that marriage was created, by
God for man and woman, well someone says what
are you going to do with those supposed, Christians who go to church and yet do the wrong thing
well the same goes from them nothing changes
the Wage of Sin is Death.
This editorial is designed for us to get back to talking about the essentialness of living Godly, it’s like
going to the doctor you may feel fine but , when
you go get that check up , and you find out there
are some changes you need to make in order, to
remain healthy you make those changes because
you are aware of you don’t the results could be detrimental and the same goes for the Body of Christ
we need a spiritual check up all around the world
because, we have taken in infections, that has
cause the Body of Christ to weaken it’s standards
but, when we get back in the training room and
strengthen our stamina also our defense of the
Gospel of Jesus Christ you will seen the anointing
of God return to our churches as in times of old.
