Hello and welcome to The Bulletin!

Congratulations to the elected Board of Management:

  • Brendan Cullen (SA)

  • Simon Dorst (WA)

  • David Low (WA)

  • Christopher Kahler (Vic)

  • Congratulations to the elected State Branch Chairs:

  • Gavin Espin (ACT)

  • Tatjana Hobson (VIC/TAS)

  • Michelle Major-Goldsmith (WA)

  • Ferenc Varga (QLD)

  • Richard Witton-Smith (NSW)

  •

We are all here to provide value to you, our members, you are welcome to reach out to any of us via info@itsmf.org.au if you have feedback, ideas or just want to learn more about what happens in each state, territory and nationally please drop us a line.

As we enter the middle month of winter our attention turns to Brisbane for the annual national conference.

The program is out, the sponsors are finalising their booths, the speakers are practising their presentations, and we are on in Brisbane August 19 and 20.

This year’s keynote is  Justine Flynn  co-founder and Brand Director of Thankyou,. She will share her story on building Thankyou into a globally recognised social enterprise by leading teams through disruption, growth and transformation.

An interactive day 2 plenary awaits you – for this first time we have Service Management ER Doctors - top industry experts – who will triage and treat your realworld challenges headon. During conference look for the Doctors, locate the ER QR code and share your questions with the medical team. Prep with your colleagues, bring your biggest pain points, and leave with actionable fixes you can put to work straight away.

Most importantly we will celebrate you, the itSMF Australia professional community with the annual Gala Dinner and Awards. A glamourous night that showcases our achievements and talent.

You can get into all the conference details  here

I look forward to seeing many of you next month, in person, in Brisbane.

    Until then, go well

    Janet
