Tria America: Jim Hoffman is the New President
Jim Hoffman is the new president of Tria America, the subsidiary managing the North American market for the Italian group that manufactures systems for the size reduction of plastics. Hoffman, who joined the company in August 2025 as Executive Vice President, takes over leadership of the American branch, backed by deep industry expertise and already tangible results in consolidating business overseas. In his previous role, Hoffman
brought extensive experience in the plastics size reduction market to the group. His leadership skills, combined with a solid network of customer relationships, allowed Tria America to strengthen its competitive position in the North American market in less than a year. Saccheria Franceschetti Buys Plastilux
Saccheria F. lli Franceschetti- Società Benefit, active in Italy in industrial packaging and listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has acquired 100 % of Plastilux S. r. l. for a total value of 1.52 million Euros. Plastilux, based in Gazzada Schianno( Varese), is a company specializing in the production of plastic packaging, particularly low-density polyethylene( LDPE) bags and sacks. The company brings the Group a turnover exceeding 4 million Euros and a solid financial position, with 1.7 million Euros in net cash and zero debt. The acquisition, structured in two phases( an initial tranche of 86.25 % at closing and the remaining 13.75 % by 2029), will allow Saccheria Franceschetti to significantly expand the range of products offered to its customers. Luigi Franceschetti( Chairman) and Luisa Franceschetti( CEO) commented:“ While a complex macroeconomic environment prompts many competitors to freeze investments, we choose to aggressively target the market and dictate the pace of growth. Arterex Acquires Italian Mold Maker Eurostamp
Arterex, a medical device contract manufacturer, has acquired Eurostamp, an Italian injection mold design and manufacturing company based in Novi di Modena. The transaction aims to significantly expand Arterex’ s capabilities, offering an even more comprehensive suite of manufacturing solutions both in Europe and globally. Founded in 1989 by Claudio Zenoni and Fausto Lugli, Eurostamp has a history of over 37 years as a trusted supplier to multinational corporations operating in the medical, packaging, and cosmetics sectors. The company manages the entire mold lifecycle, from design and analysis to construction and testing. States. During his career, he has held managerial roles of responsibility in both Europe and overseas, working at Roboze, Duna-Usa, and Ernst & Young. Benedetti’ s appointment follows the recent strategic expansion of Repi LLC, which included the expansion of its manufacturing facility in Dallas, North Carolina.
