ATTENDING THE K 2022 FAIR As already mentioned , K 2022 - the major trade fair to be held next October in Düsseldorf - will be characterised by innovative elements compared to Beccaria ’ s previous participations at the event : “ Not so much ”, Pagliero explains , “ for the traditional presentation of new individual machines included in our range , but rather for the simulation of a complete micro production plant , in cooperation with other exhibitors that have allowed us to use their machines , obviously excluding the presence at the fair of an extruder as this has proved unfeasible : from the mixer loading phase to the transport through a vacuum system , to the small silos above the micro blenders , including the support frame above the extruder exemplified by a sheet metal that simulates a part of the die , up to screening , transport and insertion into the big bag structure . All this with the support of 3D drawings of the machines in order to go beyond the presentation of simple photos and demonstrate our transition towards a technological as well as engineering development model . Moreover , in recent years , the activity that we have most implemented , even in terms of number of employees ( almost doubled ), is precisely the engineering department . We have also made important investments both in the development of the machines and in the R & D department , which today is really a well-structured activity within the company .”

Beccaria ist ein alteingesessener Hersteller von Kunststoffverarbeitungsmaschinen , der 1951 von der Familie Beccaria gegründet wurde . In den letzten vier Jahren hat im Betrieb ein umfassender Entwicklungsprozess stattgefunden , denn man hat sich u . a . auf die Herstellung , Installation und den anschließenden Kundendienst von Spezialmaschinen und Industrieausrüstungen spezialisiert , die zur Lagerung , zum Transport und Mischen dienen . Weitere Anwendungsbereiche , in denen das Unternehmen tätig ist , sind Gummi , die Lebensmittelindustrie , Müllerei und Tierfutter ( in den Sparten Landwirtschaft und Tierzucht , mit denen das Unternehmen begonnen hat ), Vormischungen für die Bauindustrie , die chemische Industrie ( Pulver ) und Mühlen / Refiner für Holzpellets mit weltweit insgesamt 6.000 aufgestellten Anlagen . Maschinen von Beccaria verarbeiten Pulver , Granulat und Flocken , wobei der Recyclingbereich zunehmend an Bedeutung gewinnt . Unter den im Lieferprogramm in verschiedenen Baureihen angebotenen Produkten sind Förderschnecken , Silos und Vertikalmischer anzutreffen , die auch mit großen Abmessungen und für die Aufstellung im Freien erhältlich sind . Heute wird Beccaria von der dritten Generation der Familie geführt , die den Übergang von einer Maschinenbauwerkstatt - wie es auch der ursprüngliche Name andeutet - zu einem modernen vielseitigen Industriebetrieb gemanagt hat . Heute hat man sich maximaler Energieeinsparung verschrieben und sowohl Konstruktionsabteilung als auch Forschung und Entwicklung mit modernem Equipment ausgestattet , um nach den Erfolgen in Italien und Europa den Anforderungen eines zunehmend globalen Marktes gerecht zu werden . Diesbezüglich waren beträchtliche Investitionen erforderlich , zunächst in Gebäude ( 30.000 Quadratmeter Fläche , davon 15.000 überdacht und für die Produktion bestimmt ), und anschließend in Ausrüstung und Personal ( rund 100 Mitarbeiter und Dutzende externe Vertreter , die in Italien und im Ausland ständig aufgestockt werden ). Obwohl diese Entwicklung schon seit geraumer Zeit im Gange war , wurde das neue Unternehmensimage offiziell mit der Einweihung des renovierten Hauptsitzes im Jahr 2019 vorgestellt , der sich seit jeher in Scarnafigi ( Provinz Cuneo ) befand .
