We are talking about a rather complex and articulated operation aimed , on the one hand , at the minimization of the impact on the environment by resorting to recyclates and , on the other hand , to guarantee good mechanical performance but , above all , a limited variability over time : it should not be forgotten , in fact , how much these limitations affect post-consumer and post-industrial waste . „ Making a comparison between a product of the Renycle line and a virgin one we can say that there is certainly a small loss in properties , yet it is absolutely comparable with a pure polyamide , with all the advantages , however , that derive from the fact that the virgin PA has a decidedly high environmental impact and that the Renycle still boasts high performance ” Galeazzi he continued .

Das Ziel heißt Nachhaltigkeit
Renycle ist der Name der neuen Produktlinie der RadiciGroup auf Basis von PA6 und PA66 , die variable Anteile an recycelten Material enthält , das sowohl aus der Industrie als auch aus dem Verbraucherbereich stammt , und das Ergebnis einer sorgfältigen Rohstoffauswahl und eines wirklich hohen Leistungsniveaus ist . Qualität , Zuverlässigkeit , Sicherheit und Langzeitstabilität sind die Merkmale , die die neue Marke der RadiciGroup auszeichnen . Das Unternehmen ist seit 1941 im verarbeitenden Gewerbe tätig und hat sich seit über vierzig Jahren auf die Herstellung von Kunststoffen für technische Anwendungen , u . a . auch aus recycelten Materialien , spezialisiert . Mit rund 3.000 Mitarbeitern , einem Umsatz von 1.019 Mio . Euro im Jahr 2020 und einem Netz aus Produktionsstätten und Vertriebsbüros in ganz Europa , Amerika und Asien ist die RadiciGroup heute eine Referenzadresse in der Herstellung einer breiten Palette chemischer Zwischenprodukte , von Polyamiden , technischen Hochleistungskunststoffen und fortschrittlichen Textillösungen , alles dank der Erfahrung und des Know-hows , die in mehr als einem halben Jahrhundert Tätigkeit in verschiedenen Industriesektoren wie Automobil , Elektro / Elektronik , Konsumgüter , Bekleidung , Möbel , Bauwesen , Haushaltsgeräte und Sport erworben wurden . „ Das neue Sortiment Renycle , das technische Kunststoffe mit hoher Umweltperformance umfasst , zeichnet sich dadurch aus , dass die Rohstoffe einer neuen Abfolge von Kontrollen und Selektionen unterzogen werden , die eine bessere Rückverfolgbarkeit und Sicherheit garantieren , da sie keine für die Anwendungen ungeeigneten und potenziell schädlichen Materialien enthalten und weiterer Aufwand vermieden wird ( vor allem in Bezug auf Post-Consumer-Materialien ), um deren Geschichte und Eigenschaften zu kennen “, sagt Riccardo Galeazzi , CAE Service Engineering & Post-Consumer Product Manager bei RadiciGroup . Die Herausforderung besteht heutzutage darin , eine zuverlässige Quelle für recyceltes Material zu haben und über das nötige Fachwissen zu verfügen , um es zu verarbeiten , damit wir effiziente , zertifizierte und langfristig konstante Produkte anbieten können . Und gerade im Hinblick auf den ersten Punkt leistet unsere Lieferkettenabteilung eine lobenswerte Arbeit , damit ein konstanter Materialeingangsstrom gewährleistet werden kann . Im Allgemeinen haben wir keine genaue Bezugsquelle , aber wir beziehen uns auf industrielle Konsumgüter , die ihre Betriebsphase beendet haben und zu Abfall geworden sind . Die Aufgabe besteht darin , diesen ‚ Abfall ‘ aus der Umwelt zu schaffen und ihm ein neues Leben in einem Material mit hohem Mehrwert zu geben “.
