MACHINERY [ Injection Moulding ]

In response to the growing market demand , the vertical rotary injection moulding machines of the WRM series with 6 or 8 stations , designed and manufactured by Wintech , are specifically intended for the moulding of plastic items with a high surface / thickness ratio obtained from heterogeneous recycled materials .

In the moulding of large parts from recycled materials , the injection stage usually takes place from the peripheral side of the mould . This , however , does not allow the perfect filling of the cavity : if this is not a big problem as long as the surface / thickness ratio of the item remains very small , the problem becomes relevant when this value grows significantly . Hence the idea of Wintech designers to develop the WRM 152 vertical press with a head and an injection unit aptly redesigned to inject the melt through the centre of the cavity , located in the lower part of the mould , which makes it possible to ensure a balanced flow of material and a great homogeneity in the forming of the item , even when moulding polymers with a very low melt flow index . This solution is the result of the experience and knowhow acquired in the field of thermoplastic forming by a company that has been able to earn the trust of countless customers around the world , thanks to the offer of carefully customised injection moulding machines for the footwear sector , special systems for the production of technical articles and complete injection systems for the moulding of plastics originated from separate collection . At the company ’ s headquarters in Mellaredo di Pianiga ( near Venice ), a team of engineers is engaged in the design and manufacturing of systems dedicated to the technical moulding of materials such as PVC / TR , SBS / SEBS and EVA , thermoplastic elastomers ( TPE , TPR , TPO ) or thermoplastic polyurethanes such as TPU , as well as compounds ( TPU / PU , PU / PU and
