CUSTOMISATION All Delco systems can be highly customised : the customer can ask for an analysis of the material to be processed , which makes it possible to create a machine suitable for the required use and for each type of application , also thanks to the installation of accessories and additional components . Delco technologies give the extruder ease of use and flexibility in production in order to achieve high performance while minimising maintenance costs . Single screw extruders include the sizes from 35 to 250 while twin screw extruders cover those from 42 to 160 .
DELCO SERVICES Delco offers its customers a technical assistance service that can be contacted via telephone , direct remote connection to the machine , and the supply of spare parts . The company employs properly trained and qualified personnel to provide the right solution
to any mechanical or electronic problem while the direct remote connection to the system allows rapid identification and resolution of problems . The collaboration with customers begins right from the design and construction stages of Delco systems , which are thus really “ tailor made ”.
