follows a clear logic: when robotic handling is part of the customer’ s production process, designing it in-house means being able to calibrate it directly to the parameters of the dosing and feeding systems it works alongside. Cartesian robots and process systems speak

the same technical language because they are born from the same design context. At Plast, Arm Tech will be showcasing solutions applicable to line automation, pick & place, and integrated production flow management. |
CO-DESIGN AND INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE: THE CONTEXT THAT REMAINS UNCHANGED These new products are part of a working model that Main Tech has kept unchanged: first, we analyze the customer’ s process; then, we design the solution. Not the other way around. This approach— which the company calls codesign— translates into systems that are sized and configured based on the actual conditions of the facility: material type, flow rate, layout, space constraints, and efficiency goals. The technical relationship with the customer does not end with commissioning but continues over time through optimization and upgrade interventions. Underpinning this capacity for customization is an in-house R & D program that generates an average of 2 – 3 patents per year and an international presence with its own facilities: in addition to the production site in San Giorgio delle Pertiche, Main Tech operates in the United States through Main Tech America Inc. and in China through Main Tech Changzhou Industrial Automation Co. In both markets, providing on-site support to the customer— during the installation, commissioning, and optimization phases— is an integral part of the service, not an optional extra. |
