DOSING AND GRANULATION: T-BLEND AND THE NEW LINE OF GRANULATORS At the heart of the production process, Main Tech presents two highly technical innovations. T-Blend is the new gravimetric dosing system developed in-house. Gravimetric dosing— which measures and controls flow rate by weight, not by volume— is the essential technical choice when the precision of the mix is critical to the quality of the finished product: technical compounds, formulations with additives, and recycled materials
with variable densities. T-Blend is designed to handle these scenarios with consistency and repeatability, reducing measurement deviations even under variable process conditions, with an interface designed for integration with existing in-line supervisory systems. Alongside T-Blend, Main Tech is bringing a new line of granulators to Plast, the result of its internal research and development efforts.
MAINTENANCE AND PRODUCTION CONTINUITY: S-CLEAN One of the most innovative additions to the product portfolio is S-Clean, the automatic machine for dry cleaning of filter cartridges— a system born from the observation of a problem that is as common as it is overlooked. In nearly all industrial plants that use cartridge filtration systems, cartridge cleaning is performed manually in 98 % of cases. Traditional methods result in only a superficial clean or, in any case, disperse dust into the work environment. The implications concern both operator safety and air quality in the production area. S-Clean solves the problem with a completely different approach. The compact, self-contained machine operates using a compressed-air cleaning system
inside a sealed chamber: the operator inserts the cartridge, starts the cycle, and no further intervention is required. The removed dust is drawn in by a high-capacity fan and directed to a cyclonic filter or connected to the plant’ s centralized vacuum system, without being released into the environment. The chamber is designed to accommodate cartridges of various sizes; the control panel is user-friendly and requires no special training. The result is a cartridge restored to near-new condition through a controlled and documentable process. The operational impact is twofold: it extends the service life of the cartridges, reducing replacement costs, and eliminates environmental contamination during maintenance, with a direct benefit on working conditions and compliance with safety standards.
ARM TECH: CARTESIAN ROBOTICS IN THE PROCESS Plast 2026 will also provide an opportunity for a more structured presence of Arm Tech, the line dedicated to the engineering and production of Cartesian robots, which had already made its debut at the last K trade show, where it was a resounding success. The decision to develop this expertise in-house
