Plast 2026 is a key event for the plastics industry. At a time when the market is showing a strong desire to meet in person once again and experience the sector’ s technological evolution first-hand, BMB has chosen to take centre stage once more, bringing to the fair a selection of injection moulding machines with optimised designs, engineered in line with the values that have distinguished the company for almost 60 years: robustness, reliability, production continuity and a focus on energy consumption.
A COMPANY WITH A HISTORY OF TECHNICAL CONTINUITY Founded in Brescia in 1967 by Mr Egidio Bugatti, BMB has built a record of steady growth based on technical vision, industrial solidity and design consistency. A family history reflected in the market’ s trust and the company’ s ability to maintain its identity and philosophy even amidst technological evolution. The 2026 edition of PLAST confirms this trajectory: the technologies on display, design, mechanics and assembly all reflect the BMB style, which was also appreciated by the 40 international publications that visited the factory on 26 February as part of a‘ PLAST Preview Tour! In Italy’.
SPEED, ROBUSTNESS AND CONTROL The first three cells will be on display at the BMB stand( Hall 22, Stand A101-B116): The eKW45HP / 3450WP Hybrid machine is the first in a new series of BMB machines designed for the high-productivity caps and closures, packaging and medical sectors. The machine is based on a proven modular platform, specifically suited to packaging production applications. The injection unit is configured for fast response times and precise control of melt mass, ensuring quality and repeatability. The dynamic heart of the machine is the exclusive, very lightweight injection piston, designed for fast and precise movements. During injection, the entire structure remains stationary, including the injection unit, carriage, motor and flanges, whilst only the piston moves. The
