sorting , separation by colour and cleaning , while eliminating sand , iron and any contaminant .“ Tomplastik offers the three standard types of bottle-to-flake PET : coloured , clear and above all blue , which meets 80 % of market demand . Then 98 % of Tunisian production is exported and up to 90 % arrives in Italy , where the company boasts an extensive network of business relationships with excellent customer loyalty , while the rest is shipped to customers in Spain and Turkey .
A NEW PROCESSING LINE By the first quarter of 2024 , Pesenti anticipates , the processing plants will be transferred to a newly purchased 7,000 sqm shed in Tunis that will replace the currently rented 3,500 sqm one . Here it will be possible to add a second line with

We therefore continue to buy waste bottles there , although in smaller quantities , to keep in touch and cope with possible shortages in Tunisia . In short , there is enormous room for growth . Among other things , in Tunisia there are about ten companies that do our job . Though we have been the largest and best known for 2-3 years now , we collaborate with everyone without problems , both because
