not only those who who already own a Tecnova extrusion line , or a system supplied by another manufacturer , since the machine is perfectly compatible and can also be combined with other systems available on the market . Liontek , in fact , is designed for standard installation on new machines or plants but we have also developed it to be adapted to all existing machines , so as to allow a complete upgrade both to our established customers - without having to replace what they have purchased previously - as well as to new potential customers . Its outstanding features include in particular versatility of use , the reduction of consumption , the control of production rates and moisture content through specific software |
, ease of installation and operation . In short , the performance of the whole line can be optimised with small adjustments . We have three models with production rates from 500 to 3,500 kg / h for the densification of materials with a moisture content up to 20 % in combination with cascade extrusion systems , depending on the type of material . We already have major orders in place , for example in Mexico and Belgium .”
COMPLETE LINES Meanwhile , Tecnova ’ s old workhorses , the regeneration lines , are constantly winning new market shares . Massaro confirms : “ We were virtually the first to

make this kind of plant but we have never ceased to introduce innovations and improvements , taking into account the progress of competitors . The size of these machines ranges from 50 / 100 kg / h - also suitable for laboratory tests - up to 2,000-3,000 kg / h : a 2,500 kg / h regeneration line was recently delivered to a company that processes high density polyethylene . In order to meet all the needs of our end customers we offer them a wide range of products which , however , has been developed on a base of standard products taking into account spare parts and assistance services , as we cannot manage a thousand different parts for each individual machine . The range of optional equipment also includes screen changers , a fundamental component of regeneration lines : a difficult challenge to deal with especially for the contamination levels of today ’ s material . That ’ s why , although my father developed an automatic screen model in 2017 , we generally intend to continue to collaborate with companies specialising in filtration systems with the aim of finding new solutions together .” Participation in fairs is a tradition for Tecnova , even those in distant countries : “ We are present ”, concludes Massaro , “ wherever there is the possibility . After the success of the K 2022 , thanks to an attractive stand and the inflow of many visitors , we have the PRSE fair in the Netherlands and the Plastpol in Poland on the agenda , and we are also getting ready for Plast in Milan – less than one year after K , the most important international event in our sector – where we will continue to unveil the projects we have underway . However , I can anticipate that other innovations will come next year starting with the new , more modern look of our machines .” |
