Is it possible to recycle contaminated or mixed plastic waste ? Over recent years , Wintech has invested much of its resources in new technologies with the aim of reintroducing plastic waste into the value chain . A complex operation , especially for highly contaminated waste . At its headquarters in Mellaredo di Pianiga ( near Venice ), Wintech designs and manufactures multi-station rotary , static vertical press and linear multi-station injection moulding machines , the latter with travelling injectors , all configured for the production of multimaterial / multi-colour items . Wintech ’ s machines are dedicated to the injection moulding of materials such as PVC / TR , SBS / SEBS and EVA , thermoplastic elastomers such as TPE , TPR , TPO or thermoplastic polyurethanes such as TPU , as well as combined TPU / PU , PU / PU and PU / rubber materials for safety or casual footwear .
